- Can I change my due date?
Calling Cricket Support will let you change your due date. Like when you change your plan, you can only change your due date twice per billing cycle. But if you miss a payment and your account is suspended, your due date will change. If that happens, your due date will be moved to the date you pay off your balance, and your account will be back to normal. If you schedule a change to your plan or features for the beginning of your next billing cycle, you won’t have to pay for it until your due date.
