Knee & Ankle Mobility Exercisers (This is one of the best places to start if you have lower back pain) Lift Bridges (This is the most efficient exercise for improving ankle mobility) This is an overview of the most effective products for improving ankle mobility, and their effectiveness for injury prevention and recovery. I don't intend this list to be comprehensive. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Also note that I use these lists as a guide, not a definitive list. I use the lists to help me develop a list of products that will help people with back and knee pain. The list below is based on my own experience with the products I've used and what works for me. I'm not recommending you buy any product. If you're thinking about a particular product, it's probably best to do some research to see if it works for you before you buy.
